In 2002, Oliver James was launched by Oliver Castle (Ollie) and James Rogers (Jimmy) to simply do recruitment better. Fast-forward 20 years and we have become a globally recognised business that has become the envy of the recruitment industry and one that works with the leading businesses across the world.
